　　一、前言：11代酷睿H45、锐龙5000H玩游戏到底谁更强？

　　在今年第一季度和第二季度，AMD与Intel相继发布了锐龙5000U/H系列移动APU和11代酷睿H45系列处理器，各方面性能都很卓越，不过关于这两大处理器谁更适合玩游戏这个问题，一直都难有定论。

　　毕竟笔记本平台不同于桌面平台，游戏本的性能受制于内部的散热、处理器功耗以及BIOS设定，即便是看似硬件配置规格完全相同的两台笔记本，实际性能表现也会有很大区别，由此也很难精确对比不同处理器之间的游戏性能差异。

　　左边是拯救者R9000P，右边是拯救者Y9000P

　　还好，市面上有2款极为相似的笔记本，也就是联想的拯救者Y9000P与拯救者R9000P，它们除了处理器分别采用A/I的之外，其他方面包括散热、模具、显卡等方面几乎一模一样。

　　有鉴于此，我们选择了这2款笔记本来进行全面的游戏性能测试，来看看AMD和Intel新一代的移动处理器到底谁拥有更强的游戏性能！这一篇，首先来看单机游戏。

　　拯救者Y9000P与拯救者R9000P的详细参数规格如下：

　　这2款拯救者主机除了处理器与SSD之外，其他配置几乎一模一样，就连散热器都是同样的霜刃Pro 3.0，一共有5条热管，其中主热管是10mm直径，散热面积114621mm2。

　　拯救者Y9000P搭载的是Intel 11代标压酷睿i7-11800H处理器，而R9000P搭载的是AMD最新的锐龙7 5800H处理器。二款处理器的参数规格如下：

　　酷睿i7-11800H采用的是Intel最新的10nm制程工艺，虽然在数字上看似比不上7nm，但是其实大家都知道Intel的10nm不会弱于台积电的7nm和三星的5nm。

　　基于Tiger Lake-H构架的i7-11800H处理器是规格大改后的产物，其中二级缓存容量高达10MB，上代的i9-10980HK才2MB，5倍于后者。三级缓存容量也提升到了24MB，同样也比i9-10980HK的16MB更多。

　　而锐龙7 5800H虽然也是基于Zen3构架，但是与桌面版的锐龙7 5800X不同的就是三级缓存容量被砍到一半，不过依然也有16MB，而且采用的是单CCX设计，每个核心都能访问全部的16MB三级缓存。相比之下，锐龙7 4800H每个核心只能访问4MB三级缓存。

　　另外由于出于控制晶体面积以及发热的原因，锐龙7 5800H并不支持PCIe 4.0，处理器一共有16条PCIe 3.0通道，其中8条給显卡，剩下8条給了SSD。

　　在PCIe 4.0的支持方面，i7-11800H可以说是全面的优势，不仅支持PCIe 4.0，而且20条通道有16条可以分配给显卡，也即是PCIe 4.0 x16，对比之下，锐龙7 5800H的GPU只是PCIe 3.0 x8。

　　以下是2款笔记本GPU-Z的截图：

　　左边是拯救者Y9000P，右边是拯救者R9000P，可以看到2款笔记本所搭载的RTX 3060在参数方面基本上一样，唯一的差别就是拯救者Y9000P是PCIe 4.0 x16，而R9000P是PCIe 3.0 x8。

　　另外2款笔记本的GPU功耗都是130W。

　　下面我们在自动模式下测试了一下笔记本的散热能力：

　　这是拯救者Y9000P，运行FurMark 30分钟之后处理器的功耗是95W，温度是72.4度。

　　这是拯救者R9000P，运行FurMark 25分钟之后，处理器的功耗是95W，温度是72.6度。

　　从烤机测试我们也能看出2款笔记本不仅GPU型号规格相同，就连散热能力也如出一辙，因此此次游戏性能的对比测试，相对来说是在十分公平的条件下进行的。

　　二、独显直连下帧率差距：18项测试i9-11800H几乎全部领先

　　以下的测试，2款笔记本都是在野兽模式下进行，并且开启独显直连。

　　1、APEX英雄

　　没想到2款处理器在《APEX》中的差距竟然如此之小，i7-11800H比锐龙7 5800H只快了1帧。

　　2、GTA V

　　《GTA V》一直以来都是Intel的优势项目，i7-11800H比锐龙7 5800H快了15%。

　　3、刺客信条：奥德赛

　　《刺客信条》差距也不大，i7-11800H领先了2帧。

　　4、刺客信条：起源

　　《刺客信条：起源》中R9000P的帧率明显不如Y9000P，但责任应该不在处理器，而在显卡。猜测可能是PCIe 3.0 8x限制了RTX 3060的性能表现。

　　5、德军总部：新血脉

　　《德军总部：新血脉》中，i7-11800H的帧率是181FPS，而锐龙7 5800H的帧率是160FPS，差距较大。

　　6、地平线：零之曙光

　　在《地平线：零之曙光》中，i7-11800H的帧率达到了96FPS，比锐龙7 5800H快了9%。

　　7、孤岛惊魂5

　　R9000P的帧率是116FPS。

　　《孤岛惊魂5》中，i7-11800H的帧率为125FPS，锐龙7 5800H的帧率是116FPS，差距8%。

　　8、古墓丽影：暗影

　　在《古墓丽影：暗影》中，i7-11800H的帧率是117FPS，锐龙7 5800H的帧率是111FPS。

　　9、绝地求生

　　《绝地求生》的差距也比较小，i7-11800H比锐龙7 5800H快了4%。

　　10、奇点灰烬

　　在《奇点灰烬》中，i7-11800H比锐龙7 5800H快了6%。

　　11、全面战争：三国

　　这是R9000P的成绩，帧率是68FPS。

　　Y9000P的帧率则是77FPS。

　　《全面战争：三国》也是一个非常消耗CPU性能的游戏，在这个游戏中，i7-11800H相比锐龙7 5800H，领先幅度高达13%。

　　12、赛博朋克2077

　　在我们所测试的游戏中，《赛博朋克2077》是唯一一个锐龙7 5800H在帧率方面不落后于i7-11800H的游戏，二者的帧率同为71FPS。

　　13、巫师3

　　拯救者R9000P的帧率是81FPS。

　　拯救者Y9000P的帧率是86FPS。

　　没想到像《巫师3》这种不消耗CPU性能的游戏，锐龙7 5800H竟然也比i7-11800H慢了6%。

　　14、无主之地3

　　R9000P的帧率是73FPS。

　　Y9000P的帧率是74FPS。

　　在《无主之地3》中，2款处理器之间只有1FPS的差距。

　　15、战地5

　　在《战地5》中，2款处理器的差距同样也不到，i7-11800H只比锐龙7 5800H快了2%。

　　16、战争机器5

　　2款处理器在《战争机器5》中的表现依然不相上下，i7-11800H比锐龙7 5800H刚好快了1帧。

　　测试的结果还是有点出乎意料之外，在所测试的18款游戏中，锐龙7 5800H几乎上都输了，唯一能与i7-11800H持平的游戏是《赛博朋克2077》。

　　原本以为像《奇点灰烬》这种老牌A优游戏，锐龙7 5800H会取得领先，但实际上，i7-11800H的表现要超过锐龙7 5800H 6%。

　　综合所测试的18款游戏的解释结果，搭载i7-11800H的Y9000P的游戏性能要比搭载锐龙7 5800H的R9000快了6%。

　　三、小结：笔记本领域AU还略有遗憾

　　本次测试的结果多少还是有些令人吃惊。要说前代的锐龙7 4800H由于单CCX只有4MB三级缓存的原因，游戏性能相对于十代酷睿H全面落败还能理解。现在规格上面增强的锐龙7 5800H在面对i7-11800H时，所测试的18个游戏项目竟然连一个领先的都没有。

　　下面对本次测试的结果做一些解析：

　　1、游戏性能：

　　目前来看，在其他条件完全相同的情况下，搭载RTX 3060 GPU时，i7-11800H的游戏性能比锐龙7 5800H要强了6%。由于RTX 3060算不上高端，如果笔记本采用RTX 3070/3080级别的显卡，2款处理器的游戏帧率差距会进一步拉大。

　　虽然锐龙7 5800H的进步不小，但i7-11800H在二级缓存、三级缓存以及PCIe 4.0支持方面依然是全面的优势，因此游戏测试出现这样的结果也是能够理解。

　　2、PCIe 4.0 x16 VS. PCIe 3.0 x8

　　在接口带宽方面，PCIe 4.0 x16可达64GB/s，而PCIe 3.0 x8只有16GB/s。

　　很多同学可能会说PCIe 3.0 x8已经够用了，不过实际上在测试中我们也发现了一些问题，某些时候游戏帧率不如Y9000P并非是锐龙7 5800H处理器的原因。比如在《刺客信条：起源》和《古墓丽影：暗影》中，R9000P的GPU渲染时间都高于Y9000P，PCIe 3.0 x8在很多时候的确会拖后腿。

　　3、独显直连

　　本次我们选择拯救者Y9000P和R9000P来参加测试除了因为他们的规格极度相似之外，还有一点就是因为这2款笔记本都支持独显直连。

　　目前采用锐龙处理器的游戏本，在连接内屏输出时，有且仅有联想能做到独显直连，目前发售的R7000P与R9000P都能支持独显直连。除此之外，市面上再也没有其他厂商的锐龙本能够支持独显直连了。

　　而Intel这边，市面上能够支持独显直连的酷睿游戏本型号并不在少数。这是因为由于构架的原因，Intel游戏本在设计独显直连时要相对简单一些，而且还能获得Intel的技术支持。目前AMD官方对于独显直连的支持还略有欠缺。

　　对于不支持独显直连的笔记本，在游戏性能方面会有10~20%左右的性能损失，这对于锐龙本来说，也是个不小的遗憾。
